Physics first.
We size to your actual kWh, roof geometry, and time-of-use — not a canned “average home.” Production is a number. We treat it like one.

Blue Wave Energy is not another quote mill. We design, install, store, charge, and keep the system producing after the nationals have moved on to the next door.
The company
Most solar websites sell panels the way 2009 sold ringtones. Blue Wave sells a household energy stack: generation, conversion, storage, charging, and a crew that still answers the phone in year nine.

02 · Aftercare
Anyone can take a deposit. The hard product is monitoring, inverter rescue, panel wash, reroof removal, and a battery that still talks to the car.

Invest in yourself · Cost of doing nothing
U.S. residential electricity averaged 18.34¢/kWh in mid-2026. SCE, LADWP, and PG&E territory is a different sport — often the mid-30s once delivery and riders stack. Doing nothing is not neutral. It is a subscription that auto-renews at a higher price.
Model only. Uses your bill as a cash-outflow proxy. Real savings depend on usage, NEM 3.0 export value, shade, and whether storage is in the stack.
If you do nothing
paid to the utility during the wait — money that never becomes an asset on your house.
The stack
Generation
High-efficiency modules, clean geometry, production modeled to your bill — not a brochure.
Reserve
Keep dinner, Wi-Fi, and the medical fridge alive when SCE, LADWP, or PG&E blinks. Under NEM 3.0, the battery is the product.
Motion
Charge from your roof, not a gas station wearing an app. Load-managed so the house never brown-outs.
Uptime
Diagnostics, inverter rescue, module wash, reroof remove/reinstall, monitoring that a human actually watches.

Call 951.775.8751“Three companies quoted me. Two disappeared after the deposit conversation. Blue Wave walked the attic, found a panel that had been dead for months, and treated the roof like it was theirs.”
“I did not understand my LADWP bill until they sat at the table and circled the lines that actually move. That hour saved me from buying a system that was too small.”
“PG&E blinked for six hours. Battery kicked in. Kids kept doing homework. That is the product. The panels are just the fuel tank.”
“They removed the array for a reroof and put it back producing the same week. The last installer told me that was ‘not their department.’”

kWh Academy · How to read the bill they hope you never decode
US average mid-2026: 18.34¢. Many SCE, LADWP, and PG&E homes land in the high-20s to mid-30s once delivery, generation, and riders stack.
Decoded
estimated energy portion this month
What the words mean
kW is the size of the hose. kWh is how much water went through it this month.
TOU is why 4–9pm in California is expensive. Solar without a battery sells cheap noon power and buys expensive evening power. That is the trap.
Unspun answers
Yes — if you design for self-consumption, not for exporting leftovers. Export credit got cut. The winning stack is solar + storage sized to cover evening load.
Scale is a feature until something breaks. Nationals optimized customer acquisition. We optimized the decade after PTO.
Bill decode, 12-month usage pattern, roof and electrical service condition, shade, main-panel capacity, EV load, and permission to say “not a fit.”
Both. Install the stack, then keep production honest — diagnostics, inverter work, module replacement, monitoring, battery and EV charger service.
That is half our work. Dead strings, clipped inverters, dirty arrays, failed optimizers. Bring the last 12 months of production and the last three bills.
Command
Twelve minutes. Your bill. Your roof. A number you can defend. Or we tell you to wait.
